Fair questions.

Why a fixed price?

Each price is fixed. A change of scope is priced as a new item, never by the hour.

What if the scope changes?

Each change is priced as a new item, on a Change Note, and starts only once you accept it in writing.

Do you sign NDAs?

Not needed: the client terms are mutual and confidential from the first conversation. I sign a short one if you prefer.

Which time zones?

UK, Central Europe and US East, and elsewhere on request. Written and async. Replies within two working days. Calls by arrangement, usually early evening IST.

How do I pay, and in which currency?

Teardown: paid in full before the work starts. The others: half to start, half on delivery.

Invoiced in US dollars, or in pounds or euros on request. Every invoice carries a card payment link.

Invoices are issued from India as an export of services, so no Indian GST is added.

My prices do not include any tax your country charges on services bought from abroad, such as VAT under the reverse charge or a sales tax; you account for any such tax where your law requires it.

If you believe your law requires you to withhold tax from a payment, tell me before you pay, so that I can give you any form that reduces or removes the withholding (for a payer in the United States, usually a Form W-8BEN).

What do you need from me?

Teardown: the address of the page or flow. A test account, if it sits behind a sign-in.

Pricing and checkout teardown: the address of the page or flow. A test account, if it sits behind a sign-in. Read-only access to your billing settings, or screenshots of them. Your plan list. Conversion numbers, if you are willing to share them.

AI-feature audit and spec: access to the product. Two 45-minute calls with the person who owns the feature. Sample outputs, anonymised or synthetic.

Prototype and PRD: two calls. Your brand assets. Your design system, if you have one. Five users for the test: you recruit them.

What won’t you do?

Websites, landing pages or marketing sites. Legal, tax or regulatory conclusions: I point to the official texts and your own counsel. Production engineering, on-call work or long build contracts. Hourly billing.
