Start a Teardown Compare the four

A page with ten numbered changes on its parts; the first three are heavy, and the first is ringed. Example: Buffer’s signup flow · 01 of 10 01 Say on the plan cards that every trial is a trial of Team

Ten changes, then a walkthrough.

You get

  1. The page or flow captured at desktop and phone widths on a stated date, and marked up: blue where something was measured, red where something should change.
  2. Ten changes, in order of priority, each with what I saw, why it matters and what to try instead.
  3. The three changes to make first, in plain words, at the top.
  4. A 15-minute recorded walkthrough of the changes.

Make these first

  1. 01 Bill the AI pack on the members who use it, not on every member.
  2. 02 Show the yearly sum beside each yearly price, and give the AI pack a yearly price, so a yearly team gets one bill.
  3. 03 End the trial on the plan the team used.

The report goes on to all ten, each with what I saw, why it matters and what to try instead.

Questions

What if the scope changes?

Each change is priced as a new item, on a Change Note, and starts only once you accept it in writing.

How do I pay, and in which currency?

Paid in full before the work starts.

Invoiced in US dollars, or in pounds or euros on request. Every invoice carries a card payment link.

Invoices are issued from India as an export of services, so no Indian GST is added.

My prices do not include any tax your country charges on services bought from abroad, such as VAT under the reverse charge or a sales tax; you account for any such tax where your law requires it.

If you believe your law requires you to withhold tax from a payment, tell me before you pay, so that I can give you any form that reduces or removes the withholding (for a payer in the United States, usually a Form W-8BEN).

What do you need from me?

The address of the page or flow. A test account, if it sits behind a sign-in.

What won’t you do?

Changes to your product: I write them down, and your team makes them. Your own numbers: reading conversion data is part of the pricing and checkout teardown. A call: the walkthrough is recorded, so it fits your day.
