Make these first
- 01 Bill the AI pack on the members who use it, not on every member.
- 02 Show the yearly sum beside each yearly price, and give the AI pack a yearly price, so a yearly team gets one bill.
- 03 End the trial on the plan the team used.
The report goes on to all ten, each with what I saw, why it matters and what to try instead.

1. The problem
Teams use Summaries to get the action items out of a meeting, but they cannot see where an item came from, so one invented or misread item makes them check everything by hand. The AI pack is billed on every member while a few use it, which keeps teams from adding it.
What we know
- Summaries is live in the AI pack, on Plans B and C (the specimen’s brief).
- Most notes are under 3,000 words; workshops run longer (assumed for the specimen).
- Model prices on 19 October 2026 put a base-case active member at 2.0% of the pack’s price (AI-04).
What we assume, and how we’ll check
- Users open a summary for its action items first. To check with five users.
- About 20 summaries per active member a month. To measure in the first month.
- A quoted line makes an item easier to trust. To test in the prototype.
