The longer version
First, the Studio: four fixed-scope offers for small software teams in the UK, Europe and the US, from a five-day teardown of one page to a prototype with its PRD, each with its price, its scope and its date written down before any work starts. The offers and prices and how I work have pages of their own; the rest of this page is about the kits.
The first is the Export Desk, for Indian freelancers, consultants and small studios who bill clients abroad. It covers the LUT, the export invoice under LUT, a client agreement and scope of work, the payment route and the FIRA, the EDF and the nine-month rule, and income tax.
Beside the Job is for salaried people in India building a side business next to a full-time job: a 90-day plan, with the contract clauses, the hours, the money and the tax.
Read Your Contract, its entry pack, shows how to read the outside-work clauses in an Indian employment contract, with letters for asking in writing.
Some things are free: the ten lines an export invoice under LUT needs, on one printable page; an export invoice check that runs in your browser; and dated guides.
2. How the kits are made.
I am a GST-registered proprietor with an LUT for 2026-27.

- 05Kept currentFree updates for 12 months from your purchase date, including any new edition released in that time.
Each rule, in full
- Dated, with sources. Each fact in a kit is checked against its source, the primary text wherever it can be read, and each kit says the date it was checked. The sources are listed, with the date I read them.
- Real pages, shown before you buy. Product pages show real pages from the kit, not mock-ups.
- Plain English. Short sentences, terms explained where they first appear, and questions to take to your chartered accountant or advocate.
- Neutral about payment providers. No affiliate links, and no payment from anyone for a mention.
- Kept current. Free updates for 12 months from your purchase date, including any new edition released in that time. Every correction is listed in the kit’s changelog.
Each kit and guide ends on one plain line: the date it was checked against official sources, and that it is general information, not tax or legal advice. For your own situation, ask your CA or advocate.
