Delivery and shipping policy

011. What I deliver

Digital files only: PDF guides, Word templates, Excel workbooks, and a few plain-text and calendar files. Each product page lists its files and formats before you buy. You can download everything as one ZIP file, or one folder at a time, and any PDF that sits outside a folder on its own.

Nothing physical is posted, so there is no shipping charge, no shipping time and nothing to track.

022. When and how your files arrive

Your files appear on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, with your GST invoice. At the same moment I email you a link to them and to the invoice; the email’s link works for 30 days. Download them again any time from Your orders; each file up to 20 times in any 30 days.

Delivery starts the moment Razorpay confirms your payment. If that confirmation is slow to arrive, the page tells you that your files are being prepared, and shows them as soon as it comes.

033. Getting back to your files

• Your orders takes you back to your files and invoices at any time.
• On the device you bought on, your library stays open for 7 days. You can sign out of it whenever you like.
• A download button in your library works for one hour. If it has expired, open your library again for a fresh one.
• Each file can be downloaded up to 20 times in any 30 days. If you reach the limit, write to me and I will reset it.
• Free updates for 12 months from your purchase date, including any new edition released in that time. Such an edition appears in your library beside the one you bought.
• If an order is refunded or cancelled, its download links stop working.

044. Where I deliver

At launch I sell only to buyers who live in India. The checkout asks for your state or union territory, because it decides the GST on your invoice. There is no extra charge for any state.

055. If something goes wrong

If your payment went through but your files haven’t appeared within 15 minutes, write to hello@quietlybuild.in with your order number (it starts QB-) or your Razorpay payment ID (it starts pay_). I acknowledge your message within 48 hours and deliver your files, or refund you in full if I can’t.
