Questions buyers ask.
Can I get a GST invoice for my business?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST tax invoice, numbered in sequence for the financial year. You can claim input credit on it if you add your GSTIN at checkout.
How can I pay?
UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets, through Razorpay. Your bank statement shows the seller’s legal name; the payments page says which.
How fast do the files arrive?
Your files appear on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, with your GST invoice. At the same moment I email you a link to them and to the invoice; the email’s link works for 30 days. Download them again any time from Your orders; each file up to 20 times in any 30 days.
What if a file is wrong?
If a file is faulty, doesn’t arrive, or isn’t what its page describes, write within 14 days and I’ll fix it, replace it or refund you in full. A change of mind isn’t refundable once you’ve downloaded the files. The refunds policy has the detail.
Do the kits get updated?
Free updates for 12 months from your purchase date, including any new edition released in that time. Each kit lists every change, dated, on its own page.
Do you sell outside India?
Not yet. At launch quietlybuild sells to buyers in India only.
